Howe about a Retreat is a great place for a group of 8-14 of your friends.  Located in a 3,150 square.
foot home, you will feel like you have been whisked away to farmhouse in the country.
What the House offers:

• Sleeping quarters for 14 people with 4 bedrooms in a one-story home.

• Large well-equipped kitchen and if you don’t want to cook there are plenty of place to eat at near the retreat center.

• 3 bathrooms

•  Large Sewing area with two cutting stations and two ironing station.

• New plush twin size beds

• Multiple large design walls in the main area

• Comfy rolling chairs

• Separate lounge area equipped with leather sofa, stationary chair, massage chair and television for downtime or hand sewing.

• On site laundry room

• Free Wi-Fi

• Large back patio with chairs and tables

• Large picture window to view horses, cows, a pond and chickens.

• On site quilt shop

The 4 Bedrooms
The Blue Room is the largest room that sleeps 5 guests.  There is a full bathroom attached with a walk-in shower.
The Purple Room sleeps 3 guests, shared bathroom with red room. 
The Red Room sleeps 3 guests, shared bathroom with blue room.
The Green Room sleeps 3 guests. This is a handicap assessable bathroom with a walk in
shower.  
The only paper products that will be provided at this time are paper towels and toilet paper.
We will provide your bed linens and bath towels for your stay.
We will also provide body wash, hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher soap for your stay.
Any other products that you wish to have during your stay will need to be provided by you or
your group.

We have an 8-person per night, 2 nights minimum and is $70 per person, per night (includes
tax). The check-in time is at 9 AM, and the check-out time is at 3 PM.

There is a $250 deposit due at the time of booking or 4 months in advance to lock in your dates.  The remainder of the balance is due 30 days before your scheduled retreat.
If you need to cancel your deposit will be returned up to 30 days before the time of your
stay.  If you need to cancel within 30 days of your stay, your deposit will be forfeited, or you can move your date.

Check in and out times:

• Thursday - Sunday:  check in time on Thursday is 9 am and check out time on Sunday is 3 pm

• Monday - Wednesday:  check in time on Monday is 9 am and check out time on Wednesday is 3 pm
